Cavendish Quarter, Dudley

Cavendish Quarter Properties Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Abstract, has recently obtained detailed planning consent for a major food store development in the centre of Dudley in the West Midlands.

The scheme, which comprises a new supermarket of around 70,000 sq ft plus 400 car parking spaces, will provide a valuable addition to the town centre. 

There will be significant regeneration benefits and employment opportunities resulting from the proposed scheme.  On-going discussions with a number of major food store operators are in hand prior to commencement of site clearance and construction later this year.
